ASCO 2026: TUB-040 in Platinum-Resistant Ovarian Cancer

Results from the phase I NAPISTAR-101 study were presented by Toon Van Gorp, MD, PhD, Professor, University Hospitals Leuven, Leuven Cancer Institute, Belgium, at the ASCO 2026 Congress. Toon Van Gorp discusses the safety and clinical activity of the novel NaPi2b-targeting antibody–drug conjugate TUB-040 in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The study demonstrated a manageable safety profile together with deep and durable responses, supporting the continued clinical development of TUB-040.
