In this MEDtalk, telecom engineer and senior lecturer Dario Salvi, presents the background and purpose of OxCOVID19 – a newly developed database to gain better knowledge of the global impact of COVID-19 pandemic. The database not only includes information regarding single transmission of the virus, but also information on the impact of society, government responses, health care system, economic and mental health ect. In addition, the database is free to use.
