Hengameh Chloe Mirsepasi-Lauridsen

Hengameh Chloѐ Mirsepasi-Lauridsen works as a researcher at Statens Serum Institut, where she since 2009 has focused on the clinical implications associated with the intestinal microbiota in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). She obtained her Ph.D. in microbiology with a thesis entitled “Inflammatory Bowel Disease Associated with Virulent factors in Escherichia coli.” Over the past five years, she has successfully manufactured FMT products from healthy stool donors and investigated the beneficial clinical effects on patients with IBD and IBS.
