Paolo Antonio Ascierte, MD, is Director of the Unit of Melanoma, Cancer Immunotherapy and Innovative Therapy at the National Tumour Institute “Fondazione G. Pascale” in Naples, Italy. His main research interests are melanoma, immunotherapy, biochemical and immunological monitoring.

Paolo Antonio Ascierte is a scientific reviewer for several renowned journals as well as a member of the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), the Italian Society of Medical Oncology (AIOM), American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), etc.
