This study aimed to improve the diagnostic accuracy of idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) and concluded that eye exams, especially optic nerve evaluations, significantly enhance diagnosis, recommending fundus photography, transorbital ultrasonography, and collaboration with neuro-ophthalmologists.
