The results of the Scandinavian NeoCol trial, presented at ASCO23, indicate that there is no significant difference in DFS and OS between neoadjuvant chemotherapy (CapOX regimen – oxaliplatin plus capecitabine) in patients with locally advanced colon cancer compared to standard upfront surgery.
