EADO 2026: Personalizing Neoadjuvant Immunotherapy in Stage III Melanoma

In this MEDtalk, Christian Blank, MD, PhD, Professor at the Netherlands Cancer Institute and Program Director at the European Institute of Oncology in Milan, Italy, discussed how neoadjuvant immunotherapy is becoming a new standard in stage III melanoma based on results from the SWOG S1801 and NADINA trials. He highlighted the potential of biomarker-driven treatment strategies, including interferon gene signatures, to guide treatment selection, improve efficacy, and reduce unnecessary toxicity.
